Minister Khalaf met with a number of registered job seekers, heard their opinions about the hiring process, and emphasized that all suggestions are taken into account in order to enhance service delivery and streamline the hiring process.

The commitment to establishing specialized programs to support employment efforts, giving citizens employment possibilities, and integrating them into private sector establishments—a key partner in the ministry’s employment and training programs—was emphasized by the Acting Labour Minister.

The ministry has started accepting residents for interviews at its facility through appointments that are planned and announced by the government. To guarantee that all registered job seekers are accommodated and given three job possibilities before the year ends, these interviews are held in the morning and evening until 7 p.m.
