Manama, Oct. 27 (BNA): Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa said that inquiries are being conducted into the circumstances surrounding the October 20 marine incident that led to the disappearance of a Bahraini national.

He said that search efforts are still underway to find the missing sailor and offered his condolences to his family.
In order to guarantee their safety, the Interior Minister emphasized the significance of seafarers cooperating with the Coast Guard by adhering to safety directives and guidelines. In order to improve the safety of all seafarers, he also emphasized the Coast Guard’s ongoing resource and capability growth.
