Manama, Jan. 29 (BNA): In order to help drivers become acquainted with the new systems and the mechanisms used to detect traffic violations, the Ministry of Interior announced that the General Directorate of Traffic, in collaboration with the Information and eGovernment Authority, organized a traffic awareness platform at The Avenues Mall.
General Directorate of Traffic launches awareness campaign on new traffic cameras
In addition to introducing the Directorate’s traffic services and outlining how to take advantage of them, the platform included a variety of awareness and educational programs about the new traffic cameras.
In order to guarantee direct reception of alerts and notifications, the General Directorate emphasized that it will step up its awareness campaigns in the upcoming period and urged citizens and residents to update their contact information via the eTraffic and MyGov programs.
