Nov. 10, Manama (BNA): Two Bahraini women have been promoted to top leadership roles, according to the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR).

Chief Operating Officer (COO) Fatema AlWardi and Chief Registrar (CR) Fatema Al Zayed Al Jalahma have been appointed.

This accomplishment bolsters our continuous endeavors to assemble a competent and motivating leadership group capable of advancing the Chamber’s mission and solidifying Bahrain’s standing as a premier regional center for the growth of the ADR sector.”
Professor Marike Patrani Paulson, Vice-Chairperson of the Chamber’s Board of Trustees, emphasized that the Chamber is proud of its exceptional female staff. She noted that every stage of professional development offers fresh chances to widen perspectives, develop leadership skills, and hone expertise. In the end, these advancements make contributions to the achievement of the Chamber’s goals at all levels more effective.
The BCDR’s CEO, Ahmed Husain, emphasized the importance of continued strategic investment in Bahraini competences and capacity building.
