Nov. 26, Manama (BNA): As part of its ongoing efforts to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) has announced that the second interactive engagement session would be held on Monday, December 8, 2025.
NBR to hold second interactive VAT session for SMEs
As part of the NBR’s “Musanada” project, which aims to improve SMEs’ VAT compliance journey, this workshop brings together a number of NBR specialists to offer attendees thorough and useful advice.
The purpose of the session is to enable direct connection between NBR and companies, providing prompt answers to questions on a range of VAT-related subjects. These include a summary of the VAT registration process, updating registered data with the NBR, streamlining the submission of VAT returns and payments, modifying estimated assessments, and, if all relevant requirements are met, ending with the deregistration mechanism.
SMEs who would want to attend the session are invited by the NBR to register by filling out the accessible registration form on the NBR’s official website, www.nbr.gov.bh.
