Hope Fund, Industry Ministry announce new identity of HQ Industrial Project
In addition to members of the industrial community and representatives from the public and commercial sectors, the announcement was made at an official event that was attended by Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Headquarters, and Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce.
Along with a summary of the project’s launch and operating plans, the event included a presentation of the project’s new visual identity. In addition to shared industrial workspaces and areas set aside for development and innovation, HQ Industrial provides a complete industrial infrastructure that includes dedicated manufacturing spaces, operating facilities, and support services.
By fostering product creation and boosting competitiveness in regional and local markets, the project also seeks to improve the capacities of industrial entrepreneurs.
According to Minister Fakhro, the project represents the Ministry’s strategic focus on developing manufacturing capabilities and encouraging industrial innovation, and it is a qualitative addition to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s industrial infrastructure. According to him, the program helps to boost the industrial entrepreneurship ecosystem, develop the country’s talent, encourage economic diversification, and raise the industrial sector’s share of the GDP.
According to Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed, the introduction of the new identity marks a critical turning point in the development of HQ Industrial, emphasizing how it reflects the project’s strategic goal and its function in bolstering the country’s industrial sector. He continued by saying that the action demonstrates a dedication to offering a cutting-edge, integrated industrial environment that helps industrial projects and entrepreneurs at different phases of development while advancing Bahrain’s manufacturing ecosystem.
The project is regarded as one of the main efforts to create an all-encompassing and cutting-edge industrial environment in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Its foundation is the creation of a cutting-edge industrial ecosystem that facilitates production and manufacturing while allowing new and small businesses to develop and flourish in a professional and sustainable environment. The project is in line with the Industrial Sector Strategy’s goals for 2022–2026.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce is in charge of Salman Industrial City, where HQ Industrial is being built on a site that is more than 53,000 square feet in size. It is the first manufacturing-focused specialized industrial incubator in the Kingdom and the biggest shared industrial workspace in Bahrain. Bahrain’s position as a regional center for industry and innovation is further strengthened by the initiative, which offers an integrated support platform for new industries and industrial ventures, increasing prospects for collaboration with domestic and foreign partners.
