Nov. 12, Singapore (BNA): The world’s first private markets robo-advisor, SmartMatch, was introduced by Tanami, a global private markets investment platform based in Bahrain, as part of the Bahrain pavilion at the Singapore FinTech Festival, which is being hosted by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB).
Tanami launches world’s first private market robo-advisor
Tanami’s goal of democratizing access to institutional-grade private investments has reached a major turning point with the introduction of SmartMatch. It allows investors to construct portfolios that are customized to their unique goals, investment horizon, and risk tolerance, encompassing private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure.
In contrast to conventional investment platforms, SmartMatch uses proprietary algorithms to build customized private-market portfolios overseen by elite institutions, catering to a historically underrepresented group of investors. Tanami reduces entry barriers and increases participation in asset classes that have historically fueled long-term wealth development by converting investor objectives into instantaneously diversified private market portfolios.
According to Tanami CEO and co-founder Faisal Aljalahma, private markets ought to be a major component of any investment portfolio. He clarified that SmartMatch eliminates much of the complexity that previously restricted entry, allowing investors to create portfolios customized to their objectives.
By maximizing diversification, liquidity, and performance over market cycles, the platform’s algorithm-driven engine builds better, more balanced portfolios, according to Dr. Nawaf Almaskati, Co-Founder and Managing Director. He pointed out that Tanami’s all-encompassing approach to investor empowerment is shown in SmartMatch’s collaboration with the Tanami Academy, which gives investors the skills they need to participate with confidence in private markets.
Tanami provides curated access to private market possibilities in collaboration with top international asset managers. A single platform that combines accessibility, openness, and innovation offers investors quarterly liquidity, no capital calls, no minimums, and the choice of traditional or Shariah-compliant structures.
Tanami’s attendance at the Singapore Fintech Festival highlights Bahrain’s expanding position as a regional center for digital investment solutions and fintech innovation, which is being marketed internationally by the Bahrain financial services ecosystem.
