Nov. 2, Manama (BNA): A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Oracle, Gulf Air Group, and Beyon Solutions, a member of the Beyon group, during the Gateway Gulf 2025 Forum in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which took place from November 2–3 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrain Bay.
Beyon Solutions, Gulf Air Group and Oracle collaborate to fast track cloud-powered innovation for aviation industry
Khalid Hussain Taqi, Chairman of the Gulf Air Group, Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Beyon Group, and executives from both organizations attended the signing. The three top businesses are working together to improve operational effectiveness and promote digital transformation in the aviation industry.
This collaboration is a significant step toward Gulf Air Group’s implementation of an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ERP system, which is backed by Oracle Alloy technology, will integrate Beyon Solutions’ specialized local knowledge and reliable digital capabilities with Oracle’s worldwide experience in enterprise applications.
In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding, the three parties will work together to plan workshops and organized sessions to evaluate Gulf Air Group’s needs, investigate creative solutions, and offer insights into global aviation technology trends and best practices. By enhancing operational efficiency and allowing the group to take advantage of the most recent technological advancements, this integrated approach will help form a single ERP strategy adapted to the group’s needs.
Gulf Air Group Chief Technology Officer Ahmed Naeemi discussed the agreement’s importance, saying, “This collaboration is a key milestone in our digital transformation journey.” We hope to implement worldwide best practices while utilizing a wealth of local knowledge through our collaboration with Oracle and Beyon Solutions.
