Tanami, Reboot01 announce strategic partnership at FinTech Forward 2025

The partnership demonstrates Tanami’s dedication to fostering local talent and bolstering Bahrain’s FinTech sector. Three Reboot01 full-stack developer graduates have already joined Tanami’s growing technology team under the agreement, giving it access to elite, production-ready talent that makes an instant impact and gives them the chance to use their expertise in creating products that are reshaping alternative investments for investors through quality, innovation, and transparency.

Through its recent recognition as one of the top 10 startup finalists out of 400 FinTech startups from across the Middle East at MENA’s premier finance expo, Money 20/20, and its victory in the 19th edition of Bahrain Startup Pitch, Tanami—a first-of-its-kind investment platform that allows investors to access opportunities in private markets—reinforced its strong early traction and positioned itself to make a significant impact in the wealth-tech industry both regionally and globally.

The demanding two-year program at Reboot Coding Institute, which is supported by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), launched in collaboration with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), and is powered by the global education platform 01Edu, has continuously produced mid-to-senior-level full-stack developers with expertise in high-demand fields like FinTech, DevOps, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. The program’s hands-on training, which is based on industry-driven projects, prepares graduates for quick integration into real-world employment, generating quantifiable value for employers and promoting the expansion of the digital economy in the area.

“As a Bahraini-led startup, we are committed to supporting Bahrain’s FinTech ecosystem by investing in the local workforce,” said Mohamed Sharaf, Chief Technology Officer of Tanami. We have assembled a top-tier product engineering team to enable us to develop our platform fully in-house. We are happy to share that we have partnered with Reboot to hire, develop, and empower local talent. Our graduating engineers immediately got to work, collaborating with seasoned professionals in their areas on mission-critical systems.

“Our partnership with Tanami reflects the strength of Bahrain‘s talent pipeline, where advanced technical training meets real-world projects,” stated Yanal Jallad, Managing Director of Reboot Coding Institute. Graduates of Reboot are prepared to apply their specialized training to real-world problems, offering new insights and instant benefits to the companies they join. Nearly 80% of students in the last few months of the program are already employed, and 100% of our graduates have found full-time jobs to date.”

Through this collaboration, the two organizations demonstrate their shared dedication to strengthening Bahrain’s standing as a center for financial and technological innovation. Tanami and Reboot are establishing a standard for productive cooperation between education and business in the Kingdom by fusing state-of-the-art FinTech solutions with top-notch training.
