In addition to supporting businesses, the discussion included a review of Tamkeen’s most well-known programs and initiatives that help Bahraini youngsters enter and advance in the workforce.
Mofeez emphasized the crucial role that young people play in the growth of the Kingdom of Bahrain, their constructive contributions to the generation of creative ideas, and the improvement of productivity in all fields and industries to which they belong.
According to her, Tamkeen has always been eager to support these innovative ideas by fostering an atmosphere that encourages creativity, giving them chances to showcase their projects, and working to improve their abilities so they can perform better in their varied roles—whether they be in employment or entrepreneurship.
In addition, there were interactive conversations and questions for Tamkeen’s CEO regarding the Fund’s primary strategic directions and the support systems that help it accomplish its primary goals.
This meeting is one of several that the BIPD has planned for program participants, which includes several Bahraini leaders and decision-makers.
By giving them the information and resources they need to interact positively with state institutions and decision-makers, the program seeks to equip the next generation with the skills and awareness required for successful political engagement.
