November 15, Manama (BNA): Final preparations for the fourth edition of the Muharraq Nights Festival, which will take place from December 1 to December 30, 2025, have been announced by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA). This year’s edition, which was created in accordance with a thorough schedule, attempts to provide a revitalized and distinctive cultural experience.
BACA announces preparations for launch of fourth Muharraq Nights Festival
As part of a significant event in Bahrain’s cultural calendar, the city of Muharraq is getting ready to present its historical sites and tell its fascinating tales, welcome tourists from both inside and beyond the Kingdom throughout December.
Every day, the Pearling Path location will host a variety of cultural and creative events, including live musical performances.
The Kingdom’s dedication to cultural activity as a vital component in bolstering national identity and conserving legacy is seen in the Muharraq Nights Festival. The Celebrate Bahrain season falls at this time.
The Pearling Path site and its accompanying historic structures, which have been crucial in forming Muharraq’s national memory, will host festival activities. The program, which stretches 3.5 kilometers through the center of the old city, provides visitors with an experience that blends authenticity with deeply ingrained history as they move between homes and squares that represent Muharraq’s cultural life. Visits to the historic lanes that are a component of UNESCO’s Creative Cities Network and stations along the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Pearling Path enrich the experience.
The Muharraq Nights Festival offers a diverse schedule that includes tours, food, music, children’s activities, art, design, and crafts. The festival will be open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Sunday through Wednesday and from 5:00 PM to 12:00 PM on Thursday through Saturday.
