Following the completion of infrastructure and building projects, residents receiving flats in the first phase were given keys by Abdullah Ali, Chief Executive of Delmon Gate, and Amnabit Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning. In accordance with the authorized timeline, the remaining units will be delivered gradually.

Minister Al Rumaihi emphasized that Bahrain is still dedicated to putting into action housing projects that satisfy the needs of its citizens and fortify ties between the public and private sectors, under the direction of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the orders of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

“As the second completed project after the Suhail Housing Project in Al Lawzi, Northern Governorate, the Al Naseem project represents a significant housing milestone within the framework of such partnerships,” she said. She emphasized that the project was also a part of the “Off-plan Sales” pilot program, which was introduced at the Social Housing Innovation Conference and Exhibition in April. The program was well received, with all units being reserved within four days of its introduction.

The minister expressed confidence in government-private sector cooperation to expedite the provision of sustainable housing services by praising Delmon Gate for following the established schedule and specifications. He commended the Government Land Development Rights Program and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to the highest technical and engineering standards.

He described the project’s elements, which include 131 residential units spread across 23,000 square meters of land in Salman City. Each unit has a built-up area of 265 square meters and ranges in size from 171 to 190 square meters. The project also boasts an easily accessible beachfront setting.
