September 28, Manama (BNA): The new-generation residential towers project in East Hidd Housing is 86% complete, according to confirmation from Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Housing Minister and Urban Planning. 740 flats will be provided by the project, which already has all infrastructure finished.

Along with ministry representatives, the Housing Bank, and the engineering team, the Minister made the comments while on a field trip to East Hidd to assess the status of infrastructure improvements and construction packages.
She commended the work of engineers and contractors and emphasized the significance of following deadlines to guarantee prompt delivery of housing services to eligible individuals. With views of the coast, contemporary apartment designs, and improved amenities like parking, rooftop gardens, green spaces, security systems, and remodeled common areas, the East Hidd towers are the second building of their kind after the Salman City towers.
Al Rumaihi affirmed the project’s position as a crucial element of the Government Action Plan 2023–2026 and stated that it demonstrates the government’s commitment to speeding up housing provision through housing cities, financing options, and public-private partnerships.
