Manama, Jan. 28 (BNA): The world’s fastest-growing mixed martial arts organization, BRAVE Combat Federation (BRAVE CF), announced the 2025 Rising Fighter award candidates, showcasing four competitors that garnered international recognition for their outstanding achievements throughout the season.

After defeating Filipino Ian Paul Lora via TKO in the opening round at BRAVE CF 98, Indian fighter Owais Yaqoob triumphed against Mehmet Can Tasdoven of Turkey at BRAVE CF 103.

With noteworthy wins, such as a first-round knee finish versus Anthony Zidan at BRAVE CF 101 and a second-round stoppage of Demetris Moirtsos at BRAVE CF 94, Youssef “The Destroyer” Boughanem preserved his perfect record. Mim Grubb, an English strawweight fighter, performed consistently throughout the year, defeating Songul Karatorak by unanimous decision at BRAVE CF 97 and Fabiola Nascimento, a former Brazilian Shooto champion, at BRAVE CF 100. At BRAVE CF: Georgia vs. The World, Pakistani fighter Ismail “Volcano” Khan put on outstanding performances. He defeated Azerbaijani Elmir Jafarov in less than one round, and at BRAVE CF 103, he finished Kyrgyz fighter Raimbek Tazgibayev with a second-round triangle choke.
