Manama, Sep. 25 (BNA): As part of the fifth review cycle, the Education and Training Quality Authority, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, held a ceremony to award 22 public schools with the Golden Seal of Quality for their adherence to performance quality and excellence standards. Soha Saleh Hamada, Director General of Schools Affairs at the Ministry of Education; Dr. Maryam Hassan Mustafa, Chief Executive of the Authority; top officials from both organizations; and representatives of the recognized schools attended the occasion.
Education and Training Quality Authority grants Golden Seal of Quality to 22 public schools
As she noted the Authority’s dedication to promoting a culture of quality and excellence throughout educational institutions, Dr. Maryam Hassan Mustafa emphasized that education and training in the Kingdom of Bahrain constitute a crucial pillar for attaining sustainable development. She emphasized that programs like the Golden Seal of Quality are a reflection of the assistance provided to the education sector under the direction of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. She emphasized that Bahrain is pursuing an ambitious plan to uphold its reputation for academic achievement and implement cutting-edge global best practices.
Improving public school performance is one of the Ministry of Education’s main policy goals, according to Soha Saleh Hamada. According to her, this is accomplished by putting best practices in educational quality into practice as a component of all-encompassing initiatives meant to enhance learning outcomes and offer students at all levels an exceptional learning environment.
She went on to say that the Ministry and the Education and Training Quality Authority worked together to improve educational performance, encourage innovation, and create new teaching and training strategies, which is why public schools have achieved their goals. She emphasized that the goal of these initiatives is to create a cutting-edge learning environment that supports educational competitiveness, guarantees the highest knowledge and skills outcomes for students, and is in line with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
