SLRB President: Cityscape Bahrain 2025 a key platform for major real estate projects
He pointed out that the exhibition’s ongoing qualitative development has made it a vital platform for showcasing integrated real estate trends and solutions that improve land-use efficiency and promote sustainable urban development.
This occurred concurrently with the SLRB’s involvement in Cityscape Bahrain 2025, which took place at Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) from November 25–29. A large number of regional and worldwide real estate professionals and specialists attended.
According to Al Hamer, Cityscape Bahrain 2025 offers a great chance for discussion, information sharing, and an evaluation of international best practices in land and property management.
Through three working papers and a panel discussion on important topics, such as land management, support for real estate investment, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to monitor urban change, he emphasized the SLRB’s involvement in the accompanying conference. These topics contribute to more effective urban planning and alignment with sustainable development goals.
According to Al Hamer, the SLRB‘s exhibition pavilion will feature a variety of digital services created specifically for the real estate industry, including the Taa’kud service, which allows real-time property information verification, property title issuance services, and an interactive screen that displays updated real estate transaction data, giving developers and investors a thorough understanding of market activity.
The National Geospatial Platform, which gathers spatial data for government projects, the Bahrain Street View project, which provides virtual navigation of Bahrain’s streets and landmarks, and the Tides System, which offers real-time tide and sea-level information to support research and navigation, are just a few of the cutting-edge geospatial and digital mapping initiatives that the SLRB will highlight.
Al Hamer also emphasized that the SLRB’s involvement in Cityscape Bahrain 2025 demonstrates its dedication to creating dependable and accurate data systems, hastening the real estate industry’s digital transformation, and promoting sustainable urban development in accordance with the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
