Dec. 10, Manama (BNA): In an effort to increase digital services and streamline processes, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has established a Virtual Customer Service Center. Customers can schedule video appointments using the national appointments system “Mawaeed” and conduct all transactions electronically at the new center without having to visit SLRB offices.
SLRB launches Virtual Customer Service Centre
The program complements government efforts to promote digital transformation and enhance service delivery, according to Diana Faisal Sarhan, Director General of Resources and Information Systems. She pointed out that the video service is intended to offer quicker and more effective assistance, including answering questions, providing technical advice on how to use the system, working with pertinent departments on applications, and getting feedback.
In order to improve service quality and institutional performance, she continued, the Virtual Customer Service Center incorporates continuous evaluation methods to gauge customer satisfaction and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Through the national appointments system, clients can use the video appointment service. You can find more details at the Help Center area of SLRB’s website.
The service is offered from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during regular business hours.
