Manama, Dec. 4( BNA) Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women( SCW), and in the presence of Her Highness Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, member of SCW, the” Masaken 2″ casing design in East Hidd City was inaugurated.

The opening form was attended by Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Lulwa bint Saleh Al Awadhi, Secretary General of SCW, a number of members of the Council, and several officers.

HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa delivered a speech on behalf of the Supreme Council for Women, conveying HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim’s appreciation to the Ministry of Housing for its sweats in advancing systems that enhance the security and stability of Bahraini families.

HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa noted that these sweats reflect the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to insure women’s access to casing services, an essential right for every Bahraini citizen, aligned with the government programme( 2023 – 2026) concentrated on innovative casing results for all.

HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa noted the action of the Supreme Council for Women and its part in the allocation of Decision( 12) of 2004 regarding the right of Bahraini women to profit from casing services, which granted custodial and financially responsible women the right to apply for casing services. She emphasised that the induction of the Masaken( 2) design in East Hidd, devoted to enabling Bahraini women to profit from casing services, comes after the successful experience of the first Masaken design in Al Lawzi, Hamad Town, which was inaugurated in 2016.

HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa said that the Masaken design is one of the qualitative enterprise aimed at supporting Bahraini women and enhancing their family and living stability, within the frame of the strong cooperation between the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Supreme Council for Women in enforcing public plans for the advancement of Bahraini women. She expressed the Council’s aspiration to expand the Masaken design by launching analogous casing systems for this order in all governorates of the Kingdom.

On her part, Al Rumaihi expressed the Ministry’s pride in the nonstop support of HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim for programmes that support and empower Bahraini women. She noted that the” Masaken 2″ design represents a durability of enterprise aimed at furnishing ultramodern and suitable casing options for womanish citizens.

Al Rumaihi said that all workshop related to the” Masaken 2″ design in East Hidd City have been completely completed, including construction, installations, associated services, and structure. She underlined that the design is ready to move to the allocation phase according to the planned schedule, icing the provision of innovative casing options that meet the requirements of Bahraini women.

She noted that the Ministry has handed Bahraini women with further than 6,555 casing and backing services since 2011, including home power services, casing backing, and the rental allowance programme.

During the induction, HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa, accompanied by the Minister of Housing and the SCW Secretary General, conducted a field stint of the design installations. The engineering platoon handed a detailed explanation of the design of the domestic apartments, architectural factors, and specialized services accompanying the structure, including security systems, multipurpose halls, and installations prepared for persons with special requirements.

The” Masaken 2” design features a ultramodern domestic structure conforming of four bottoms, casing 49 apartments with well- studied layouts suitable for the requirements of Bahraini women, in addition to a ground bottom designated for services and installations.

The architectural design ensures a safe and comfortable domestic terrain through wide entrances, ultramodern elevators, integrated security systems, and designated parking for residers and callers.

The design also includes multipurpose community installations and participated spaces that enhance social cohesion, as well as architectural results that allow for the coupling of apartments when demanded and installations designed for persons with special requirements. Together, these features make the design a contemporary model of acceptable casing norms.
