October 7, Manama (BNA): His Majesty In the presence of Mohamed Saad Al Sahli, Director General of the Capital Secretariat, and Dr. Abdulrahman Askar, CEO of the General Sports Authority, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, received Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa, Capital Governor.

In addition to applauding the Capital Governorate’s efforts to build public infrastructure and facilities, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad pointed out that collaboration between the Capital Governorate and the sports industry is essential to bolstering Bahrain’s standing as a top sports destination and supporting the Kingdom of Bahrain’s major sporting events.
Shaikh Khalid bin Humood, for his part, conveyed gratitude to HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad for his ongoing support of youth and sports programs.
