Through an integrated package of courses and workshops covering a variety of topics, such as the Year of Isa Al Kabeer and its national impact, building national competencies, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s electoral system, analytical skills and future foresight, innovation in national initiatives, data analysis skills to support decision-making, strategic leadership in national projects, and legislative oversight mechanisms and their impact on institutional work, the program targets a range of job levels, including employees and department heads.

Additionally, the program emphasizes strengthening the Royal vision for comprehensive development and its implications for institutional and national work, improving participants’ performance-enhancing abilities, and providing them with critical information about the Government Plan, policies, and national legislation. Additionally, it places a strong emphasis on training national cadres to assist the country’s development process and realize its future goals, as well as on building abilities to effectively solve regional and national concerns.

The institute encouraged those who would like to take advantage of the program to sign up, pointing out that there are certain conditions that must be met, such as being Bahraini nationals and having their company nominate them. Additionally, the institute chose training@bipd.org as the email address for registration and inquiries. The initiative will run in two timelines, one for each target group, throughout 2026.

The institute’s attempts to raise political consciousness and develop national capacities in accordance with contemporary demands include the introduction of the “National Paths” program, which strengthens national cadres’ preparedness to make meaningful contributions to development. In order to guarantee that participants have the information and abilities necessary to keep up with changing difficulties, the institute keeps creating and updating its training materials in accordance with national priorities.
