Manama, Oct. 4 (BNA): The winners of the third Bahrain Youth Ambassadors project were revealed by Minister of Youth Affairs Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi. After a thorough review, Ahmed Al Awadhi, Saud Shuraida, and Alghala Al Mahzaa were chosen to serve as Bahrain Youth Ambassadors.

The Minister observed that the selection process was carried out in accordance with specific and unambiguous criteria, which included the evaluation of resumes, professional and academic accomplishments, volunteer and community service, and leadership and communication abilities. According to her, the ministry was eager to spotlight exceptional potential and ensure equal opportunity for a diverse group of young people.

The Bahrain Youth Ambassadors program is a prominent platform that empowers young people to promote the Kingdom of Bahrain’s positive image to the globe, Tawfiqi emphasized. According to her, the program is a strategic investment in the youth’s capacity to carry on Bahrain’s legacy of excellence and leadership both locally and globally, reflecting the Kingdom’s strong conviction in them as its real wealth and future creators.

She emphasized that the program’s first two iterations had produced outstanding outcomes, with participants effectively representing Bahrain in regional and global youth forums and demonstrating the aspirations and patriotism of Bahraini youth to make meaningful contributions to the Kingdom’s future development through communication and knowledge sharing.

The minister conveyed confidence in the ambassadors of the third edition’s capacity to keep promoting Bahrain’s genuine character and national accomplishments on global stages. Their involvement, she continued, will improve Bahraini young presence, competitiveness, and creativity while also enhancing global youth discourse.

For the chosen ambassadors, the ministry has devised an integrated program that includes specialized training and development seminars aimed at improving their abilities and expanding their expertise, Minister Tawfiqi disclosed. As they embody the values of belonging, giving, and leadership that set Bahraini youth apart, the program seeks to equip them to represent the Kingdom of Bahrain in worldwide conferences and events.
