October 19, Singapore (BNA): In Singapore, a group of Bahraini businesspeople attended Tech Week Singapore 2025.
Bahraini entrepreneurs participate in GCC delegation at Tech Week Singapore 2025
The event, which was organized by the GCC Secretariat General through the Committee for Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurship with participation from the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) and the SME Development Directorate of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, was intended to improve participation of Gulf entrepreneurs in international technology forums and to fortify regional cooperation.
The delegation explored new global trends in fintech, AI, digital transformation, and innovation alongside innovators and business leaders from the GCC. Additionally, the event offered chances to network with foreign specialists and investors, opening the door for new strategic alliances that support Bahrain’s expanding position in the global tech sector.
The event was an important venue for networking and knowledge sharing, allowing business owners to exchange experiences, strengthen existing relationships, and find new growth opportunities in a range of technical areas. These initiatives help Bahrain achieve its goal of becoming a knowledge-and innovation-based economy and increase its competitiveness.
Ali Mohsen, the creator of DOO Tech Solutions, and Ahmed Faraj, the founder of Lumofy W.L.L., were part of the Bahraini delegation.
