Attendees learned about the platform’s capabilities and extensive services for closed joint-stock firms throughout the training. After highlighting the advantages of signing up for the platform and the registration process, the event ended with responses to questions from the attendees.
“With the Bahrain Private Market platform, we hope to offer a full range of services designed for closed joint-stock companies, including cash dividend distribution, transparent settlement operations, shareholder custody and management, and cutting-edge digital solutions like electronic general assemblies, electronic voting, and stock auctions,” stated Abdulla Abdin, Chief Operating Officer of Bahrain Clear. Our goal is to give closed businesses useful tools so they may properly and efficiently manage their ownership.
The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Chief Executive Officer, Atef Al Khaja, emphasized that this event is in line with the chamber’s initiatives to assist the private sector and raise members’ knowledge of opportunities and services that aid in the growth of businesses. He pointed out that the chamber is eager to collaborate with strategic partners in order to offer member companies venues for education and awareness.
In August 2022, Bahrain Clear announced the debut of Bahrain Private Market, which would be followed by workshops showcasing its main services and features as well as the platform’s ability to process, link, monitor, and execute transactions.
